Angela is one of the original Reliable Receptionists having been here since the company began.  She has nearly 10 years of customer service and receptionist experience in a variety of different fields including the banking industry.  She is currently pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration.

Angela has excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoys communicating on the phone.  She prides herself on being responsible and dependable, and is proficient in muli-tasking and time management in a fast-paced environment. She is told she is well-spoken, energetic, confident, and personable. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends. 

 Julia is an experienced Receptionist who joined the company shortly after our launch.  Described as cheerful, sweet and persistently pleasant, Julia enjoys her time assisting callers and particulary enjoys connecting with our clients face-to-face when possible.  She is skilled at routing service calls and scheduling appointments, and making callers feel cared for.

Prior to joining Reliable Receptionist, Julia had a succesful career in the food service industry and hopes to return to the Culinary Academy to complete a degree in culinary arts.  Outside the office, she pursues her love of food by venturing to new restaurants and ordering half the menu to get a real feel for the food. 

Mallory enjoys helping our clients succeed in their businesses. She has a backgorund in customer service and is best described as sweet, confident, responsible, and reliable.  She is bilingual in Spanish and converses fluently whether booking an intake for an attorney, or scheduling an appointment for appliance repair. 

In the long term she would like to work in a medical environment as a nurse because she loves to care for others.  Her billingual Spanish skills frequently prove a valuable addition for serving callers.  Outside the office she likes to play with her son and enjoy every minute with family.

Chessca is the epitome of polite and professional.  Mature beyond her years, she has a genuine enthusiasm for being on the phone and derives pleasure from assisting callers.  Her background in telephone customer service and telemarketing contribute to her success at not only assisting callers, but in converting them to customers as well.
