While many old-fashioned answering services boast about their longevity by referencing the old AT&T plug-in operator switchboard that they started with (and still have on display in their lobby), Reliable Receptionist was built from the ground up to be your off-site telephone Receptionist. Launched in 2007, we're proud to say we've never owned an old fashioned telephone switchboard and our Receptionists know nothing of plugging oversized cables into numerous receptacles.
Instead, we invested our resources in building out the most sophisticated call handling technology using state-of-the-art computer telephone integration. The result for you is that your callers will never feel as though they've reached an "answering service." They will feel as though they've reached your office. Similarly, our receptionists are trained extensively on our proprietary call handling software with access to a wealth of information about your company so we may function as YOUR employee for that phone call.
Training
We don't simply send our Receptionists to a one-time etiquette class. Instead, we invented our own proprietary PHONETM training system that specifically addresses the needs of small to mid-sized business owners looking to not only give callers a highly professional telephone experience, but convert them to clients as well. As a result, our Receptionists sound like real people on the phone who care about your business instead of some highly scripted call center employee.
